This 124 lot residential land development project of one of the last greenfield land holdings in Gulf Harbour was completed in early 2024. Airey were involved with this project from its inception in 2016 through to the completion of the final stage in 2024. The project included large scale bulk earthworks, three new public roads, and substantial stormwater, wastewater and water supply infrastructure. Airey provided full civil engineering services including design, construction monitoring and contract administration. We also provided structural engineering services for new timber pole retaining walls.
