Airey was engaged to provide civil and structural engineering design services for this three-level apartment building located on the shores of Lake Hayes, near Queenstown.
Airey worked with Pattersons Architects and Triple Star Contractors during the design stage to ensure a smooth construction process.
The building is constructed using a mixture of reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and reinforced masonry walls and retaining walls. The floors between each apartment are constructed using precast concrete flat slabs. The building has a green roof/balcony area and several bespoke concrete chimneys.
